DLA Tribunal - scared

Hi all,
I've got my tribunal for my DLA appeal tomorrow, and I'm concerned that I'm going to proverbially shoot myself in the foot.
Does anyone have any advice regarding what preparation I can do, what I can expect from the hearing, dos and don'ts etc?
I've been struggling for a year to get to this point, and would be devastated if I cocked it up. I found some criteria on the internet and believe I have entitlement to HRM/MRC, citizens advice seem confident that is the right level for me.
Any info I can get will help.

This website was invaluable to me when i had my tribunal (in which I got my benefit reinstated). It was worth the fee to join but, if you can't join, there is still information on there that you may find useful. Good luck tomorrow.

Did you ask the CAB for support, they usually represent clients if they have a welfare rights worker or at least assistance with a submission.
You need to take any evidence of your disabilities with you, good idea to take your medication too.
have you received the bundle of papers from the tribunal service, these will give you grounds to argue.
Have a read through the DWP submission and highlight where you think they got it wrong and explain why.
Read through the part where they may have asked your GP for a factual report on your health.
Read through the criteria again and write notes on how you meet it, giving reasons why you need HR Mobility and what assistance you need with care.
Remember the key phrase for mobility problems is 'severe discomfor' and not pain, pain doesn't stop us walking but severe discomfort does....Forums can be/are a good guide to entitlement and it is good practice to back it up with clarification from the relevant department/specialist with written confirmation to safeguard yourself.0
