Gas Oven firing issue

Hi, My mum has a 3 tier gas cooker with grill and oven underneath the cooker (looks budget range). The grill and oven are fan assisted.
Lately, the OVEN would not fire with the ignition button when cold. It would fire when its hot or warm. She has to resort to using a matchstick or electric lighter to fire it up when cold which is hurting her back.
The grill and 4 gas cookers at the top are running normally.
Can you please advise when I need to do when I visit her next to fix it for her? Does the ignitor/ oven burner need a good clean?

Does it have any spark plug and HT leads?
Thanks in advance..
