I keep thinking I'll get an iPad and then I look at the price...

And the 2nd hand (sorry - "refurbished"!) 16 GB WiFi ones at £259 when a new one is £329 doesn't seem like a huge bargain.

(Incidentally, if the 2nd hand ones are "refurbished", then are new ones "furbished", or is that the language of some little gremlin thingies from the 90s?)

It's not a huuuuge bargain but mine was absolutely minted with 1 year's Apple warranty plus a new battery so i was happy enough.

Mine arrived the day after I ordered it. It was in pristine condition, I could not tell it was not new and I was pleased to save approx £70 and get the warranty. Highly recommended for those on a budget!
