Has anybody booked flights through NetFlights? We usually use Expedia but the flights were cheaper through Net Flights so we made a booking to Orlando yesterday afternoon. We have received the flight confirmation but no e-tickets and it says on the confirmation that when payment is made at the time of booking e-tickets are issued immediately.
Decided to ring the Customer Contact Centre using the number given in the confirmation letter but the phone just rings out and nobody replies. Have tried several times and used more than one menu option but no response.
Have sent an email but we are feeling apprehensive as it is the first time we have used them.

Used them loads of times over the years and never had a problem. Although their flights appear to be cheap they have extortionate card charges so weigh this up against others, eg the airlines themselvestravelover0

If you have the flight confirmation code, you will be able to check on the Airline's Website. Don't panic, some of the agents take a while to send out the E-tickets.0

Thanks for your replies. We used a debit card so no charges. We have tried to check USAirways website but it does not recognise the conf code. Phoned our bank and the payment has been put aside for collection by NetFlights but they haven't collected it yet. Presumably they will issue the e-tickets when the money has been collected. The lady from the bank was very helpful and said that companies operating mainly over the internet often have very few staff to answer telephone calls so that would explain the problem we had trying to speak to them. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.0

Netflights are a reputable company, not a dodgy internet site, they are a company that Thomas Cook use. Your e tickets will probably be with you within a few days so i wouldn't worry, unless of course you fly tommorrow.0

I booked flights one day and got confirmation a short while later. The eticket came about 24 hrs later. This was US airways flights.
They are part of the Thomas Cook Group so, should be ok. My Mam's currently on the trip that I booked for her and everything went smoothly.0 -
I've only used them for car hire, but have found them excellent.0
