Pitched roof to terrace

Considering getting a small terrace added to our flat (similar to the terrace on the right-hand side of the picture). Just wondering if anyone has something similar done and knows roughly how much such an alteration would cost?

how long is a piece of string, if your flat is the same as the one on the left then loads of money, the pitched roof would need to be removed & turned into a flat roof with all the req building controls in place, it only looks a small job but it really isn't.I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0 -
I appreciate it isn't going to be cheap. Just wanted to know if anyone has done something similar and roughly how much it cost them.0
