Can anybody help with this question?
My wife has worked for the same employer for just over 3 years. 15 months ago she was put on short time with hours reduced from 35 to 20. Full time contract has not been changed. She has now been told (verbally) she is to be made redundant in a months' time. Even though it will not be a great deal of money will her red'y pay be based on short time hours or full time hours?
