ebay account hijacked - now what?

a friend hasnt used her ebay account or the corresponding email address in months and has just logged on to buy some things and found her account has been hijacked by someone bidding on everything they could find and trying to get it shipped to nigeria!
shes upset but i dont think she knows what to do
i assume she has to report it to ebay has anyone got the link or can tell me which was is the best to contact them? her ebay account went to -4 and got closed!

Get your friend to go to eBay live help. They should be able to end all the listings. They will tell her to change her eBay/PayPal passwords.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--
