sygma card credit agency updates.

can anyone tell me if i can get sygma to update my file manually. i had 2 cards with them which i paid off with in 2 days of each other 2 weeks ago. i shut both cards down and recieved letters of confirmation from them.i have a balance of £1 in credit with one card which i told them to give to one of the charities rather than get a refund. on my credit report the card with the £1 on it is not showing as settled yet the other card is. can i ring and ask them to ammend this to settled before the next monthly update, it has just been done on 3/07. any help much appreciated, thank you,
