Festival Tickets and Distance Sales Regulations

Hi,

Being the idiot that I am, I ordered tickets for Reading festival instead of for Leeds. Do I have a right of cancelletion under Distance Sales Regulations or any other regulation? Otherwise I'm down a few hundred quid (unless I flog them on eBay).

Tickets for a specific event are not covered under the Distance Selling Regulations. Sorry ...

If you'd bought them for Leeds rather than Reading I'd of had them off you! x
    Gone ... or have I?

Turns out loads of people have done this (site was very badly laid out). See Tickets have agreed to cancel my order, now just have to wait and see to make sure I don't get charged. And if all else fails, I know a few people who would buy the tickets off me.

It can't have been too clear, son almost did the same thing! After trying for ages as the site kept crashing he did eventually get the right ones
