Dislosure on car insurance renewal

Hi, i am about to renew my car insurance and I will as usual be adding my wife onto it as well. My first question is,I have always declared that my wife had two previous accidents [one at fault and the other was a 50/50] with the time limit of 5 years on the last one finished in May of this year, do i still have to declare that when I am applying for insurance?

My 2nd question is, my wives car was written off last year through no fault of her own and the other driver took full responsibility, so do I have to declare that when I'm applying for my car insurance renewal?

Many Thanks
:D voddyman

ALL accidents or incidents. Even if no claim has been made.

Should be reported. As its probably been reported by the other party as an accident. It will most likely be on the database so no question about declaring it.

Its a must unless you want to risk have your insurance cancelled. With the risks that involves.

Check the posts to see how many have been stopped as its showing as unsured and towed away.

Later to find they cancelled the policy as something came to light the policy holder did not declare.

Its too risky not to disclose ALL facts. Alse beware of the timeframe. Is the question about incidents in the last 5 years the actual accident date or the date the claim was made or finalised.

Always mention it. They will tell you if its expired for their needs or not.
