Ebay etiquette...

Hi, I was hoping for a bit of advice on this one.....sold dress, buyer claimed INR so issued refund immediately. Two weeks later, the dress has made its way back to me, marked "Undelivered".

I'm delighted, obviously, but what should I do now? I would like to relist the dress but don't want to annoy the original buyer, esp. as she's not left any feedback yet! I thought I'd send her a message offering first dibs on it but what would you say was a reasonable time to wait for a reply? Cheers : )

Did you get your final value fee back for the sale the first time round?
If you were happy with the price then offer it to your buyer again, but she has probably bought something else in the meantime. I would give her 24 hours to get back to you...
Otherwise re-list, I expect she is far too busy to be checking up on you!

I'd offer to them or message them & say that it has arrived back with you & you're going to relist, send them a link to it.

In offering the item again to the first buyer, aren't you likely to simply get a repeat situation with non-delivery?

Knowing that getting something to that buyer is a problem, I think I'd prefer to try my luck elsewhere, waiting out the 60 days for her ability to leave feedback to time out if necessary.
