Hi there
I sent an item first class on 10/03/07 and I got an e-mail from the lady I'd sent it to yesterday saying she hadn't received it. I checked my proof of posting so I have that ready but what do I do now?
If I refund, do I refund postage as well or just the item price?
This is the first time this has happened to me so thanks for any help!

You should not even think about refunding until at least 15 working days has passed, RM will do nothing until after that time has passed.0

have they checked with their PO that its not sitting there, sometimes the posties "forget" to leave cards....0

I would be inclined to hang it out until about Wednesday. If she still hasn't received it by then refund her the cost of the item and p&p. You will then need to claim from the Royal Mail yourself. I assume the item was worth £32 or under?-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Hi there
Yes, the item was only worth about £1 so not much! I told her I would start the ball rolling after 15 days as I'd heard on here that you should leave it that long. Thanks for all your replies.
I'm just going to e-mail her about checking with her local sorting office.
Thanks!
