You owe them the money and they have 6 years to follow up for payment. Why on earth do you think you should get away with taking their goods and denying them payment ?0

I made an online order to karen millen just after Christmas 6 months ago, which due to some technical glitch, karen millen didn't charge me for.
I just received an email this morning saying they will charge my card for it within 3 days.
Is it valid for them to charge me, given it has been 6 months and due to their own error?
Yes it is.0 -
"What can I do?"
Make sure there are sufficient funds in your bank0 -
You could also ask for more time to pay or request to pay by instalments.
But as others have said, they do have up to 6 years to chase you for payment. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

When you realised you hadn't been charged, what did you do?The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0 -
More likely spent it thinking they'd got something for nothing.0

pay it and move on OP. Money is owed, and you have had the benefit of it for months.0
