I've always just phoned them and said I placed multiple orders and there has never been any bother, they suggest they will only charge one delivery charge before I've even asked. If they were being a bit funny, I'd just say the site was playing up or something. Ive never had a bit of bother with them though.

In my email i just basically ask them out right......i made 2 or 3 checkout in the recent sale on what ever date....can you please refund me the excess delivery charges.

Ordered about 50+ items by 6:14pm and had no problems with site crashing or anything and only about 6 things I couldn't get. Will be ringing tomorrow to get my delivery charges refunded, if they are funny about it you just say that the basket empties after 20 mins and you didn't want to risk losing items.

I'm sure I read on their T&Cs last sale that whenever you order more than once in one day you will only pay one lot of delivery charges. As it was they refunded me one too many last time so I actually paid none!

I ended up ringing through - Im using mac/Safari and my site crashed as did my friend who uses firefox!! I didn't mind ringing it through, was quicker!

I got the limit on first order so had to put a second one through :eek:
