I don't have the directory and opted out from the start yet i still get slots to the sale :-)

I got offered a slot for weds 9.30pm aarrgghh was hoping I wouldn't get one this time, as I don't want to spend! Shame it can't be transferred to someone who would use it!

I need a couple of furniture items and baby clothes. What do you think will go quickest? Not sure what to order first. My slot is 9.30 in Wed so a lot of stuff might have gone anyway, just wondering.

I emailed Next to say I hadn't had a vip invite again despite being a loyal customer for many years (I always used to get one until last Christmas) and so wanted to cancel the Next directory. The reply listed the criteria you had to meet in order to qualify for an invite eg receive the directory, have placed an order from the directory. I replied that I fulfilled all the criteria listed so why no invite? Her response was "you were not selected on this occasion because you have a high returns rate on your account."

I wouldn't mind but I was careful this time to make sure I didn't return more than two thirds (which was what they listed on their website). And also, I often order 2 sizes of the same item or different styles of jeans for example to compare. My directory is cancelled now and I won't be changing my mind, but if anyone else still wants an invite in the future, then bear this in mind.
