who do i send ppi claim form to?

Hi everyone. I would like to pursue a PPi claim but not sure who to send the claim form to? I have all the agreement copies,letters,etc. In 1998 i bought a new car from VW Lookers Teesside. The finance was provided by the dealership. The hire purchase agreement form that i signed was with Woodchester Finance Ltd,Woodchester House,Selsdon Way,Docklands,London,E14 9HA. However a short while after getting the car i recieved a letter headed Woodchester Finance saying that my local contact office(new business) was Lookers Finance,Trafalgar House,110 Manchester Road,Altrincham,Cheshire,WA14 1NU. I also have the Woodchester Finance document for the PPI, this is underwritten by Pinnacle Insurance,Pinnacle House,WD62XX. In August 2002 i recieved a Certificate of Completion after my final payment. This came from GE Capital Woodchester,Apex 3,95 Haymarket Terrace,Edinburgh,EH12 5GE. At the bottom of the certificate it says GE Capital Woodchester is a trading style of GE Capital Bank Ltd,6 Agar Street,London,WC2N 4HR. Who should i send my claim form to? any help much apprciated

You send the complaint to VW lookers Teeside as they were the ones who sold you the loan and PPI.

That is true. However, a 1998 sale will fall outside FOS jurisdiction, so I doubt the OP will have much joy.

I should know that , but you never know, people have won mis sell for loan PPI from the 90s on this site, me included, the op has the paperwork so you never know.

hi,thanks to all for the replies. Amersall, as you have personally won a miss sold ppi claim from the 90's , what sort of letter should i send to Vw Lookers to get the ball rolling.:j

The Ombudsman Questionnaire is accepted by all lenders. Do be aware that Amersall won redress from a Bank that was regulated prior to 2005. This car dealer wasn't.

Hi just wondered how you got on with claim I'm in exactly the same boat but my car was from Reg Vardy. Should I send the claim to Reg Vardy
