Minimum Monthly Payment for a stooze arrangement?

Can someone enlighten me with some stoozing info for this newbie?

I am looking at the monthly payments during the 0% BT term. Of the cards that I have studied, it appears that only Virgin let you make a £5 minimum monthly payment. All others want typically 2% of the BT amount.
Is that correct?
Any other cards than Virgin do tiny minimum payments please?

All MBNA cards on a 0% promo (with no fees of any kind - insurance etc) will have a £5 minimum payment.

So that is Virgin, MBNA, Abbey and Alliance & Leicester, as well as a whole raft of charity and affiliate cards operated by MBNA.

However, MBNA check on their system and won't let you hold multiple cards of theirs.

The other way to do it is using Egg and making a £100 payment each month and then just transfering the £100 back to your bank account via a balance transfer. Apart from the lost interest between payment and transfer, you are effectively making no payment using this technique - if you can be bothered.
