Feedback annoyance.

This is really a vent:D

Just checked my feedback and found a neutral sitting there.

No contact from the buyer, just a neutral. She has decided that the quality of the BNWT designer suit is not what she expected as so has left a neutral for me. This a top designer sold by high end wedding boutiques and she paid £21, when purchased (by a friend as it happens no me) the suit cost over £300.

How is that my fault? I described it accurately and took lots of pics, and she lives in Monaco so I assume she is no stranger to designer labels.

Arrgh.....:D

I've had my postage DSR knocked down to 4.7 by a customer who left glowing feedback...and was charged the exact stamp price, which I even proved by sending her a link to the website. ARGH!

    I'll join in as well.....

A couple of weeks ago I had my item as decribed stars trashed by someone leaving me a 1*. No contact from them other than positive feedback that said ...Thanks!

The item in question really was in immacuate condition.

So what that was all about, I have no idea.

    Flippin annoying though.
