I buy most of my clothes at Charity shops - I'm lucky that I seem to find really nice size 22/24 clothes in the charity shops in Wolverhampton, Bilston & Dudley - some really trendy too! Even bought my wedding dress (size 24) in one in Dudley!

I'm completely supportive of this, and wish they'd stock the smaller end of the scale too! I'm tired of having to pay Topshop prices for clothes that Primark won't make in a size 6.

If your emailing, you should also mention the LENGTH of the clothing.

Most shops stop at 33/34" inside leg, no good for us 36" inside leggers!!!

I wrote to Primark when a new store opened in Darlington and I could only find one item (a fleece) in size 20/22. They told me there was no call for larger sizes so their buyers didn't order them - are they blind?!

Have to give a round of applause to M&S though, they have larger sizes in clothes now and their basic everyday knickers do go up to size 28.

We've just got a Peacocks in town and I noticed that they go up to size 24 which is good, liked some of their items but haven't had any spare cash to buy them yet.

Primark sizes are sily, im a 14/16-and most their clothes fit me fine (vary from 6/8-to a 18 though, have to keep trying everything on!) but i can NEVER fit into their knickers/pants! im not that big really, so why cant i fit into even the 18/20 ones??
Id also like shops to do bigger sizes, i feel for my mom who is bigger and cant afford some shops prices ie evans (rip off).

I was in M&s the other day and noticed that some of their new stock in the "Plus" range go up to size 30 , which means theya re listening to their customers. They also do size 6 in their " petite" range . Primark are great for cheap and cheerful clothing ,but I have to try everything on and ignore the labels , as I fluctuate between size 12- size 20 according to them. I am normally a size 16 elsewhere .

  • Just a quick reminder folks .Hope you have sent your e-mails this week. Its the only way we are gonna get what we want ,reasonably priced cloths in our size.

Why should we pay more for being plus size .petite,or tall.

For those who dont know what im talking about, read the first thread.
Although the e-mail now includes petite and tall people too. From this thread I have seen that my petite and tall freinds have the same problems as plus size folks finding cloths .So we are all in it together.

The Revolution against being average sized or average anything. begins here:D

    We need cloths too.
