I want to move to the coop bank from my existing rbs account, for obvious reasons. The problem is that I'm in the process of being moved to Santander and want to know if I need to wait until the process is finished or can I start the switch to the coop now?

Be very careful if they have started to shift your d/ds.I had problems when they took over B&B and I shifted to YBS.
They tried to shift them back again even though I was using a switching service.
If they have started, let them finish before you switch them to a proper bankI have a deep burning indifference0 -
