Weekend in Cambridge

Hello
I'm spending Friday and Saturday in Cambridge (right in the Centre next to the Colleges, Cathedrals etc) with some mates and was wondering whether anyone had advice on any good pubs/bars/clubs and any comedy places possibly? Anything that a few lads can do to keep themselves occupied.
Many Thanks in advance

There are loads of bars and pubs to choose from in Cambridge, you won't have any trouble finding somewhere to go for a drink. The great thing about Cambridge is that it's fairly small but still has all the usual chains (Revolution, All bar one, Wetherspoons, etc) and plenty of other pubs and bars which means everywhere is close together in the centre and you won't have to look far. The busiest area is typically along St Andrews Street.
As for clubs, there are a handful to choose from, none of them very big but they can still be a good night out. It's all very much dependent on what sort of place you are looking for really (age range, etc). The main clubs are Ballare, Fez, Lola Lo and The Place.
There's not really anything by way of comedy clubs, the two main events venues are The Junction and The Corn Exchange so you might want to check those out and see if there's anything suitable on while you're here.0 -

Cheers JD87, much appreciated. I'll check out the places you mentioned.0
