I have to dispute this because they wrongly transfered me on the standard tariff when gofix 5 came to an end. This was wrong because I informed them that I was leaving prior to gofix 5 ending. I should have continued to be billed at the gofix 5 rate because I had informed them that I was leaving.
IMO contractual maturity (of a fixed-price tariff) is not a "unilateral variation". Are you *certain* that NPower extends that requirement to fixed-price maturity? And that the gaining supplier registration notice complied with the required notice timeframe?

Regardless of the above in a "dispute" you are bound you pay any undisputed element on account.

lol - you got a bit gobbledygook there. Yes npower stated that they will me keep the gofix 5 tarrif so long as I told them in advance that I was leaving, and the new supplier told them within 15 days of me telling npower, and so long as I did not stay on the gofix tarrif too long (whatever that means) thereafter.

    keep it simple ;)

In answer to my questions wouldn't "yes" have sufficed?
