Disability Premiums On Income support

Hi all :T
Wanted to ask, i have a partner coming to marry me, i'm on disability benefits, and i need to know about the premiuns i getm i get two the enhanced and the disability one, because my partner is subject to immigration control, no recourse to public funds or work, can i take them at the single rate? or it will be a clear breach of me taking extra public funds for him, i have to claim as a single person any advice people

- complicated one - seek professional advice and inform all GOV & local GOV departments
- if you want to avoid PB funds issue use the COMMENTS box on the HB/CTB to state you want the single not couple rate
