no, i wont be taking my son, not the kinda place i want him to go to. And he would be a little sod, if there was a bit of spare time. So just me and maybe my mum.SAW THE LIGHT JAN 2007:eek::beer:

I hope it all goes well for you and that you`ll post your experiences on here for others. I know there are lots of people lurking out there who don`t feel they can post but take the info we all contribute. Hopefully it makes the journey a little easier for them too .:T
Good luck

Still taking advise from the different boards, but I cannot see anywhere of people keeping there mortgaged properties. Do the judges let you stay in a mortgaged property ??0

Get yourself in contact with
CAB money advice or
CCCS or
Payplan to go through your details and get all the info before you consider BR. It really is a last resort.
The process is relatively simple in that you fill in your petition forms, book a date for hearing at your court , have an interview with the Official Receiver and then wait up to 12 months to be discharged. There are other parts of the process depending on your individual circumstances but that`s the basics.
I also suggest you post your requests for info in a new thread to get maximum exposure to the knowledgeable bods on here.
Good luck
