RSA Echoice car insurance help

Hi all I took out insurance with RSA echoice on the 16th of June 2012 then checked my bank this morning and they have took out £38. 58p on July 1st this is my monthly payment but it's not been a month yet? So a phoned them up today and couldn't under stand them all I could make out was she said I had a payment coming out on July 15th aswell anyone else with this echoice? I don't understand this every insurance company I have been with has never done this I pay the deposit then 1month later they take there monthly payment but that's not how this e choice! Anyone else here insured with them

    Think their customer service is based in India. As far as premium collection is concerned, they have to tell you when payments are due to be collected, giving you at least 10 days notice under the Direct Debit Guarantee. I would have expected RSA to email or post you details of the payments, giving the required notice. If not, raise a complaint.
    The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.
