It is not clear what your saying. Do you mean that you have a home with a mortgage and you can't claim benefits. You are on ESA. And your seeking help to pay the mortgage?0

Hi
Sorry I'm finding your posting is a bit confusing. It's not clear why you are unable to wait until your home is sold before moving out.
Would a caravan be the correct solution for your disability needs?
You say you can't rent your house out as you would no longer be eligible for ESA. DLA isn't means tested but ESA is. Wouldn't the house sale money mean that you would no longer be eligible for ESA?
If your house has been on the market for a long time have you tried all methods available to sell it. Local newspaper advertising yourself/Estate Agent/Sign outside the house/Internet advertising.
You don't want to claim housing benefit but are you currently eligible to claim it and if you are why don't you want to?
Are you not able to wait until the house is sold to move foreward or is there an urgent need to move quickly?
Edited bit......
Yes, I re-read your 2nd post and see the reason is the childrens' school. Is travelling for a short time going to be impossible as the holidays are coming up and you might have sold up by September?0 -
If your house is not selling, it might be that the asking price is too high.
There is a 'house buying, selling and renting' forum on this site. You might found that the peeps over there can offer some helpful ideas.0 -
you cant live full time in most caravans as they dont have a residential licence0

Sorry what im trying to say if the house doesnt sell would it be possible to still move and keep my dla and esa and leave my daughter living in the house rent free0
-
yes you would still get esa and dal,but you couldnt claim hb if you own a property, and you couldnt in most cases charge dd rent if she was claiming hb0
-
The point is, who would you expect to pay for the caravan?0

It might work like this: even though your daughter wouldn't be paying you any rent, the DWP may have a minimum set figure they feel she should be paying you and therefore that amount might be deemed to be income (even though you would not be getting it) to be deducted from your ESA.
You need to give them a ring to see if this is still the case.0
