Hi,
Now for anyone that has this issue ( and Im told it affects 6 out of 10 blokes ) struggling everyday to keep your jeans up due to having a small backside and a 40 Y.O. tummy is a right pain.
I know I'm not the only one who suffers from this as I've seen many blokes holding there trousers up by having their hands implanted in their pockets. Or just yanking them up every hundred yards or so. Belts make little difference TBH. Braces leave my shoulders quite sore.
Does anyone suffer from this and have they found a solution? I dropped 2 stone last year and that didnt really make a difference ( its back on now ) to improving the situation.
Anyone tried an elastic belt? anything else?
Sounds sill but if you suffer from it you realise what a major pest it is and how untidy/uncomfy to feel.
Thanks.

Get rid of the belly...............
When you lost weight last time did you exercise too.
A 'belly' is one of the most unattractive parts of a man. (you notice I said 'one of' lol)
One of my friends in the office used to call the boss 'elephant ares'
He alsmost caught her one day too.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
This is not just the belly issue.
I can see plenty of blokes with tummies the same or much bigger than mine who dont have this issue. Its lack of hips and small ar5e that doesnt help.0 -
Have you tried jeans with elastane? I'm not talking skintight here, lol, just a bit of stretch.
Or have you tried lots of different brands to find ones that fit the best? Manufacturers all have different shapes.0 -
My OH tends to suffer from this in jeans but not in other kinds of casual trousers. Do you have to stick to denim, which I think is particularly unforgiving for this body shape, or could you try some casual trousers in other fabrics which might fit better?0

Tracksuit bottoms work best for round the house. trousers are better which I suspect is to do with the weight. jeans just better for work and family.
But thank you for suggestions other than lose the belly ( as this does affect skinny blokes with no rear too. )0 -
OH had this problem, he tried womens jeans and they fit him much better, could be worth a shot.0
