Laptop constantly crashing!

I would say that the answer to your problem is rapport its causing a lot of crashing with i macs (it does not get on with safari) as well as windows just google it, on an iMac its a pig to uninstall easier on windows but after removing with the add/remove it still left 94 files which I deleted in safe mode one by one, all of my problems have gone I thought it was firefox and zone alarm not getting on but its rapport. On an iMac their are ways to get rid but just stopping it in preferences solves it.0

I have since removed Rapport although I am using a Vaio!0
