hi guys
i have just looked at my online banking and my credit card payment was due on the 1st no payment has been taken should i go in branch when next in town. should i be worried about a late payment on my credit file even though i have my dd set upto take payment in full

    Yes, if you have recently set this up and it was due to be your first payment by DD. Is it a recent instruction?

    If it's not, then less reason to worry.

    My DD were taken a day late.
    I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.

    Well considering the 1st was a Sunday. It wouldn't have gone out then. Most of my DDs go out a couple days late though.
  • Same as mine, most were due out on 1st so were obviously taken today instead.

    When was the DD set up? And does your last credit card statement say payment will be taken by DD?

    the dd was set up as soon as i got the card

    The best thing to do like in any of these circumstances is to contact the card issuer and find out when the payment will be taken.

    This forum cannot predict correctly on particular accounts what is going to happen.
