Thought I would start a thread here to see if anyone else has recieved compensation from natwest .... If so were you happy

I have just had a phone call, and although I think I could have pushed for more, I am happy....
Anyone?

    I'm of the opinion that NatWest are currently being extremely generous with compensation.

    What was the extent of your inconvenience/distress?

    None for me - I wasn't inconvenienced in any significant way. Couldn't transfer money, check my balance or make payments, but they all went out as they should once it was all over.

    I have just written a very angry letter to Ulster Bank. Not sure if this is the right way to go about it but I am getting my letter in now as it looks like I won't see any money until next week. Already cost me hundreds in flights and hotels I wanted to book. They must pay for this.....we will see
