I want a Credit Card for travel

in Credit cards
Hi all,
Me and the OH are off to Vegas in April, and as we are buying a house at the mo too - thought it might be a good idea to get a credit card which charges 0% interest, whacking hotels and spends on there so we can pay it off a little each month over the next few months.
I have currently only got 1 credit card with HSBC (they gave it me along with my current account when I was a student)
Any ideas on which one to go for? xx

Positive vibes:
Spending less than £100 on food shopping in May.
organising cheap/free days out with friends
Negative vibes:
Being £1100 in my overdraft

I don't know what the best card on the market is at the moment, but i went with a nationwide credit card as it gave me 0% for so many months, and mainly because you won't get stung the 2.75% foreign conversion fee. Hope that helps.:)Henry James Born 18/03/2011-11 days late!:)

Nationwide is the best for spending abroad.
If you open a nationwide flexaccount you can withdraw cash from cash machines abroad with no charges whatsoever.
Been using them for years now and its the best deal there is.0 -
I opened the NW Flexaccount for precicely this reason (and as a backup current account) - do you require the CC or will a debit card suffice? (Neither NW's DC or CC charge the 2.whatever% as a conversion fee.)Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries0 -
I have used Nationwide and never had a problem, I gather the Post Office credit card doesn't charge fees abroad - not sure if they're still doing 0% though. Have a great time!0
