Yes, they are quite simple actually.
Basically you:
A. Get on your bike
B. Pedal
C. Tilt the handlebars from time to time so as to ensure that the bike goes where you want it to
D. Brake once you've reached your destination and dismount.0 -

If you're using the Bristol/Bath cycle path outbound watch out for the chuggers as you leave Broadmead, the muggers as you pass Easton, the *uggers with stray kids and dogs at the school crossing at Greenbank, the tuggers who may nick your bike at Mangotsfield old station, enjoy the rugger when you arrive in Bath.0

Thanks catmandomoney, I'll check out that website.
I asked here in case other people had used 'Cyclescheme' as I believe it's called and could recommend/criticise it.
