bit nervous- how long to wait?

I have just sold my first mobile phone on Ebay. Was a bit worried about selling and blocked as many bidder boxes as possible to prevent problems. Anyway, turns out the winning bidder has 4 negative feedback comments for non-payment:mad: and has not responded to the invoice. Auction ended last night at 9.30.
How long should I wait before following up/complaining/contacting buyer again to see what is up?
If anyone has any experience/advice it would be most welcome!

Give them two days for the benefit of the doubt, then give them a little chase.
They may only have access to email in the evenings.. although on the face of it they do sound like a wrong-un.My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0
