Terms: •The closing date for the competition is 12:00 noon on 9th July 2012 (UK time).
•The Promoter’s decision about whether a competition entry has been received in time will be final.•The prize is for one winner and one guest of the winner to receive a 5 day trip between 12th and 16th August 2012 including a one night stay in Elgin to visit the Glenfiddich Distillery in Dufftown and an excursion to Edinburgh for three nights. Breakfast and one meal per day is included as well as named excursions (Prize). •There is one Prize in total for the entire Promotion.
•The Promotion is open to anyone who is a resident of the United Kingdom and is over the age of 18 years old only (proof of age may be requested). •Employees of First Drinks Brands Limited (Promoter) or any company within the same group of companies as the Promoter, and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with the Promotion (Associates) are not allowed to enter. •The winner’s guest must also be over 18 years old only and comply with these rules.•To claim the Prize, the winner and winner’s guest must have a valid passport and/or any other necessary travel documentation required to travel to the destination.
•Economy class flights for the winner and winner’s guest to travel together to either Inverness or Aberdeen airport. •Return economy class flights from either Glasgow or Edinburgh airport for the winner and winner’s guest to travel together between Elgin and Edinburgh.•One night’s accommodation (winner and guest to share twin/double room) including breakfast at a hotel in Elgin.•Three night’s accommodation (winner and guest to share twin/double room) including breakfast each day at a hotel accommodation in Edinburgh.•The trip must be taken 12th-16th August 2012.•The Promoter will organise all travel arrangements and the accommodation (which are subject to availability) and: must be made by or through the Promoter’s chosen travel agent; on a carrier of the Promoter’s choice; and must be booked at least fourteen (14) days prior to the desired date of travel. •The winner and winner’s guest are responsible for all trip expenses not specified in these rules as being included, such as taxes (other than those related to the air transportation), ground transportation (such as taxis and buses), travel insurance and gratuities.
•Other restrictions may apply to the transportation and accommodation.•Once flights and accommodation details are confirmed by the Promoter’s chosen travel agent (on behalf of the Promoter), no change will be possible. •The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may cause the winner and/or winner’s guest to be unable to travel on the date of their booking.•The winner of the Prize will be drawn at random by an independent judging organisation (whose decisions are final in all respects) from the database of all the filled out Registration Forms submitted before the closing date. •The draw will take place on 9th July 2012
•The winner will be the first name drawn at random. •The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify the winner by email before 23:59 on 9th July 2012 (UK time). •The winner must respond to this email within 48 hours or he/she will automatically be disqualified and another winner will be chosen. •This process may be repeated as often as necessary. •The name and region of the winner may be obtained after the date of the draw by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request and the name of the Promotion to: First Drinks Brands Limited, Form One, 17 Bartley Wood Business Park, Bartley Way, Hook, RG27 9XA.•The winner and the guest may be required to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the Promotion.
