Patio doors dropping

We have white upvc double patio doors, and one of them has been tilting over the last 2-3 years. The doors have 3 hinges and it's as if the top hinge has become loose so that the top edge of the door slopes slightly and it has started to catch the top of the other door when you close it. Also the latch is now catching on the lower edge of the keep so that it's difficult to turn the handle.
However, it doesn't look as if any of the hinges are loose.
I'm guessing that when they were installed there must have been some way of adjusting the vertical angle of the doors, but I can't see any obvious way of doing this.
Here are a couple of pics of the top hinge:

Does anyone know if this can be adjusted or will I have to call in a double glazing business?

Covered by the Bottom plastic "plug" is usually a hole that you can slot an Allen Key or similar Hex type wrench.
You can use this to adjust the "sitting" of the door.
There is one for each hinge / bracket.
If they are "non adjustable" you might need to get someone in to repack the frame as it might have bowed under the weight of the doors.0 -
The hinge may not 'look' loose, but have you tried tightening it....?0
