Awwwww, she's lovely.
I find it a bit odd that your neighbour said everything was absolutely fine but on the day you came home she'd been ill several times - just doesn't very likely to me TBH.

Yeah she has plain chicken in her bowl now, has hardly eaten any since last night. She never has been a fan though.0

I'd agree with that,you don't want to give her big portion of kibbles as they swell up (just drop one in water) & you'd not want that in kitty's tummy if she's just been off her food...0 -
Have given her some, her ears seem to be normalish coloured again. No food has come back up yet......fingers very much crossed for her!0
