Hello
Are there any credit card providers other than MBNA, Bank of America or Virgin group of companies that will allow money transfers to their bank accounts?
The above allow this facility but they are now charging 5% for the priviledge of Money Transfers against a balance transfer fee of 2.98%.
I am looking to carry out about £4.5k home improvements and would like at least 12 months 0% but it has to have a Money Transfer facility as I have negotiated a 14% discount for paying cash.
Thank you

What about M&S Sterling travellers cheques?
That's excelent, I would not of thought that M&S would treat stiling traveller cheques as "purchases" for a 1% fee. I had to phone them up to check this. I have applied and been accepted with a £5000 credit limit. They are going to send me £4500 of traveller cheques. Once I receive them I shall just pay it into my bank account and only £45 fee! Thank you so much. :j0
