I was just wondering why the thread about Carl Wright's SMD Exchange Ltd had disappeared. Was there something inappropriate in it or was there a complaint made?

I don't believe any of the forum rules were broken and the thread had been there for months before suddenly disappearing. Carl Wright has a history of threatening boards who don't take down posts about him so I'm a little suspicious this may be the case here. It concerns me that more people may fall foul of his companies if threads like this one disappear.

I'm also worried about what I can mention now and don't wish to get anyone into trouble. A bit of clarification on what we need to steer clear of regarding Carl Wright or his new company SMD Exchange Ltd, would be useful here.

Carl Wright (or his company reps) have threatened the board with legal action in the past. The board will remove allegations which cannot be proven.

I suggest you look up Cartel client review. A company that Carl Wright was involved with before. It was shut down by the ministy of justice. It too made wild claims of what people could get back. Not before taking over £20 million off people and not having enough to refund them.

If I made any accusation or comment on what I believe this person is like the board would remove the post. However, I will it to your imagination and common sense to make your own mind up.
