Frozen food delivered defrosted

I would photograph the thawing/defrosted food and email it to customer services and demand they do something. I'd also call the store manager and tell him that it's the nth time this has happened and it's not good enough. I'd want to know WHY it happens, WHAT is being done and whether I can help by ordering an earlier time slot.

Just to reiterate if its frozen instead of chilled goods, they must be delivered in an appropriate fashion. In the case of high risk foods like frozen poultry, that has to be in refrigerated van, an insulated box is not good enough.
