How very odd. Why would it be free to access your account via the internet at home or work, but not free to access the same a/c via a mobile browser? And presumably, like me, you still have to pay your mobile provider the data cost on top of those charges.
I can access my LTSB current a/c via my smartphone with no problem and they don't even know I'm coming in via mobile, let alone charge me for it.0 -
Its probably run by a third party company so they recover their costs via the fees.0

Looks like you have to download a java app that is used to access your account details, it's not via your phone's normal wap browser.0
