1) No viruses detected BUT 62 files could not be checked, mainly WIN 32 files??? Why can't they be chescked, I use EZ anti virus and firewall
2) Keyboard sticks and won't type then a letter will continuously print of it own accord??? It's doing it at the moment, it's a pain to keep filling missing letters and deleting loads of extra letters.
3) Cookies not enabled, BUT THEY ARE, I can't access my Smile account anymore but can access my Co-op account???

What operating system are you using? XP?
Have you tried using an external keyboard? If you get the same problem you can eliminate your laptop keyboard as the fault and start looking at alternatives - a) could be the 'typematic rate' (control panel, keyboard), b) not enough memory/fast enough cpu to keep up with your typing (if you can touch type like me!), c)
3) win32 files are 32 bit executables or source code and could easily be a virus, however there are many other processes that are part of windows and must NOT be deleted. Update your virus scanner to the latest definitions (http://www.my-etrust.com/products/subscriptions.cfm?productName=Antivirus).

I'm on Windows XP and there is plenty of space on my hard drive. I'm on 6.1.7 version of EZ Anti Virus, I think I would have to pay to upgrade, as I have had it for over a year. I can now access my Smile account.0
