Selling a wireless router

Hi, this may be a stupid question but I have a netgear wireless router that I no longer use (infact, I only installed it and used it about 3 times) and was thinking of selling on eBay for a couple of quid.
Being a complete computer novice I'm just wondering whether there are any security issues involved with selling such an item? As. I may have used online banking with the router etc and was currious that if the item sold, the buyer would be somehow access my detail or something? I remeber I had to log onto a my router so would the seller need my user/pass or would the installation cd give them a new one?
Any help would be great. Thanks.

You've just reminded me that I've got an old router sitting around somewhere

So hope someone comes along with an answer to this!0 -
The router will hold your broadband username and broadband password.
With some ISPs this will also be your email username and password. Therefore you should go into the router settings and clear the username and password, or reset the router to its factory defaults.
Instructions for most netgear stuff is hereA kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
