Breakfast Cromwell Road, London SW7

Hi

I hope someone can help us, we are staying at Best Western The Cromwell, Cromwell Road, London , SW7 at the end of August for 3 nights.

Got a great deal on Last Minute.com, but it was without breakfast, breakfast at the hotel is about £13, and I'm sure that there are cafe's around the area where we could get something cheaper?

We are looking for the (clean) greasy spoon type of place for a full English breakfast so we won't probably eat until the evening then-with Tesco Deals!

Anyone know the area well, I have Googled but not found anything, I know there is a Waitrose over the road which will be great for water etc, but we are looking to sit in somewhere and have a plateful!!!!

Not a very 'greasy-spoon' area - your best bet is to take a look at Gloucester Road both left and right from Cromwell Road

Wetherspoon pubs do a decent breakfast.

Not sure of London prices, but I reckon it should be around half what the hotel's charging.

Lovely little italian ran cafe just around corner !

Come out of hotel and turn right. Walk about 100M to Tesco, and turn right onto Warwick Road. Pembroke road is 1st left, and 20 yards down is the Pembroke Cafe.
