Advice advice - i am thinking of buying a car on a credit card spending around £8,000 I have a good credit history but want to know the best deal with the longest 0% interest ???

Just beware the Car Dealership will attempt to charge (what seems to be a standard) credit card fee of between 1.5 - 3 %.
You may be able to get this waived in favour of the deal but you may not, worth knowing though.0 -
getting an £8k limit maybe the hard bit on one card
and most dealers will charge 3% to cover their cost0 -
Go onto a site like Moneysupermarket and do a search on 0% purchase deals.Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps....
