If you work 20 hours a week and each day is 4 hours then obviously you work 5 days a week.
Your entitlement is to a minimum of 28 days (each of 4 hours). If you would normally have worked on a day on which a bank holiday falls and you are not required to work it, that comes out of your entitlement.
Your employeR should be asked to explain how they are calculating 10 days.0 -

You should have the same entitlement as full timers - which is, as a minimum, 28 (which includes BHs).
It sounds like your employer may be trying (wrongly) to calculate in days, but full time hours. Ie, a full timer is 40 hours a week, and they get 20 days AL. So you work 20 (half full time) and get 10 days (half full time). Thing is, that's 10 days of FULL time hours, of 8 hours a day. So 10 days x 8 hours = 80 hours. Which is the same as 20 days at 4 hours.
The point is, they should calculate in days. You work 5 days a week, so you get 20 days AL and 8 BHs (let's say), or 28 in total. But those days off are only 4 hours each - not 8 hours.
If they INSIST on calculating in hours, then as I said above, it's 10 days of FULL time hours, so it's still 80 hours, so it's still 20 days for you.

Without knowing what an equivalent full-timer would be entitled to, we can work out only the minimum to which you would be entitled.
You don't say whether your 16 hours are divided equally among the 4 days so we would have to work it out in hours.
You are entitled to a minimum 5.6 weeks holiday. The legal entitlement is measured in weeks.
So you are entitled to 5.6 x 16 hours = 89.6 hours paid leave each holiday year.
If a full-time worker would get more than 28 days holiday then you would be entitled to more on a pro rata basis.0 -
