JSA advice for college leaver.

Called the colleges financial department myself and there response was that regardless of someone being on JSA or them being 19 and wanting to do their first level 2, only certain courses will be free. In the previous years it was the less popular courses with a small number of applicants. Also they will only find out at the end of July which courses will have funding to allow free tuition. If wants to know what college it is, it's the new Westminister College in Paddington.0
