Section 21 - an update

Just wanted to give you an update on my s21 situation, discussed on another thread. We have now started a new tenancy agreement. It is essentially the same as our last one, though with more flexible terms on both sides (makes me wonder if ll is thinking of selling at some point, though at least it will allow us to stay longer, which is what we wanted).
One interesting point to note is that we have not yet been served a section 21 order. In the last tenancy, we were sent one with our signed copy of the tenancy agreement. That's what caused all the grief last time. Do you think the problems we had when the ll went AWOL made the letting agents think again?
