Can't believe how fast the days are flying by, it's almost the Bank Holiday weekend!

I used to love Horror films wingo, but like you I just can't watch them now, much to gory for me nowadays. I really think they've gone to far with the realism.

Have to take Dad to the hospital this afternoon, it's just a 6 monthly check-up but unusually it's at our local hospital with is literally straight across the road from Dad's, so no parking to worry about

Lamb HotPot in the oven for lunch, DH has to go to work this afternoon, last block of 6 shifts before he has 13 days off, we're looking forward to that.

Love seeing all the pics in the morning!

DH says thank you to everyone. He has got loads of lovely things and everything has arrived (some only just) Was worried the couriers might take things back with them when we weren't here but think they must have left things in the porch. DS3 has just had his first day off for a while so DH won't get his prezzy until afternoon

I don't watch horror films any more either - my kids laugh at the ones I think are scary.

Hope your cold gets better soon FF and your dad gets on ok BSue.

I had an email to say I have won a Johnson's face wash so that was a nice little welcome boost for the morning

Think my spooks are back. I have lost three adress labels I took off envelopes in order to send thank you cards. I know exactly where they were and they were there a day or two ago. How odd.

Forgot just how many cards there was to write... Will cost me a fortune in stamps :rotfl:
