We stayed at Hotel Roxy, nice, clean small hotel, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Have a look at TripAdvisor for reviews but it's near a metro stop down a quiet street, shops nearby and the breakfast is basic but OK. The rooms aren't huge but do the job.
If you do go take the short walk to OK Pizza, the best pizzas we had while we were there!2p off is still 2p off!0 -
Hi
if you want to visit Leonardo da Vinci's last supper, it's better you book your visit directly from home or buy an organized bus tour of Milan while you are there. Practically all tickets are sold in advance to foreign tour guides.
I endorse the recommendation for Pizza OK.0 -
Found the reviews here, including one by me!

We stayed at the Hotel Galles Milano in 2003. Small, reasonably priced, a Best Western Hotel and right next to a metro station.Gwlad heb iaith, gwlad heb galon0

I'd recommend doing a search on venere.com - really helpful website with lots of good maps/reviews, and reasonable prices too (which you also don't have to pay in advance)
Plus for 4% off, use code: BK5HX8W
I think it's a good idea to check out this website even if you find hotels cheaper elsewhere, as the descriptions and maps are generally better than other sites in my opinion.
Hope that helps0 -
have stayed at hotel ariston a couple of times. nice and clean and a buffet style breakfast. lovely staff. only few mins walk from centre0
