    Really? Swiftcover are the lowest of the low, and not just in terms of price.

    I wouldn't go near them, personally.

    All of the cheap insurances are exactly that, cheap. You have to make sure you really are comparing like with like and things like courtesy car, legal cover, even windscreen cover are the same as comparable companies.
    They are designed to be high tech, low skill operations and you will find, in the event of a claim, things will be processed in the same way as they sold you the policy. As little human intervention as possible, as quick as possible and a higher demand for your input than their expensive people.

    I'm with aviva, people slate them but everything customer facing is based in the UK now (that i've seen) And their policy is actually very good in what it covers! Been with them for 2 years, worked in the industry for 6 years and I was very happy with their policy booklet.
